Brian Ferry and Co. must have known the furor their cover for Country Life would cause and yet there is a tantalizing restraint on behalf of the two models that Ferry convinced to pose. Several countries banned the cover, which leads me to impart this advice upon Roxy Music: next time you decide on scantily clad females for your album cover, kill the sheep instead of the lamb.
