This is a cover of Warren Smith's 1948 recording. I prefer Dylan's version from 2000, but this song has actually been covered several times (Bryan Setzer, Bob Luman, and Robert Gordon). This song is a cry out to an ex who has been spotted around town with a big wealthy man sporting a moustache. Another argument that dusters be ladykillers.
