Round 1: Pre Pub Swallies

PRE PUB SWALLIES

Whose house are we gonna be rocking up to for a few before hitting le pub? Well certainly not mine. I live in a manky flat, to which one has to run up the three floor gauntlet of muggers and attackers, thus I'm going to have to rely on my new bestie to play host.

Beth Ditto:
I think Beth's flat is going to be brimming with fun. An enthusiastic embrace is going to welcome in the troop, then we shall be showered with jokes and snacks and booze . . . lovely. In my mind, her house will be filled with crap that we want to touch and we're totally allowed to. Smash? Splat? Spill? No worries, she's on it with the kitchen roll—humble beginnings and many siblings leads to a devil may care attitude. That's what I look for in a pal.

Karen O:
I imagine Karen's house to be a bit more sophisticated, in the sense I'm more nervous to touch her things kind of a way. Nevertheless it would be sweet to, you know, meet the coolest woman in the world in her own surroundings.

Thus I call this round a draw.
